What We Do

Binder and Watson Law Group is dedicated to ensuring that our nation’s veterans have the chance to appeal their adverse Board of Veterans Appeals decisions to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims to continue the pursuit of their VA claims. Our passion to fight for veterans comes from years of experience and personal relationships with some of America’s heroes. The firm’s founder and owner Benjamin R. Binder started his career right out of law school representing veterans in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, finding his passion to fight for veterans from the very start. Raelyn Watson, Esq. found her passion to fight for veterans through experiencing the VA firsthand as a result of her retired Air Force husband’s traumatic brain injury from an overseas deployment. After fighting for her own husband’s benefits, Raelyn continued her fight for other veterans, joining the Binder and Watson Law Group first as a legal intern, and is now a partner. The team at our firm believes at its core that passionately representing our nation’s veterans is the most noble and honorable cause and we hope to use our skills and experience to represent veterans and their families.
